Verio Enterprise uses advanced server monitoring to ensure it meets its service level agreements

Reading, Pennsylvania, April 20, 2001 We Managed Servers, the Managed Service Provider division of Dynamic Net, Inc., announced today the signing of Verio Corporation’s Enterprise Division for We Manage Servers to monitor all of the servers for Verio’s Enterprise Division.

Verio’s Enterprise Division handles the complex hosting needs of customers needing large-scale solutions to handle current and future business.

Currently fifty-four servers are being automatically monitored 24x7 for a variety of checks. Verio Enterprise is using the advanced monitoring service to ensure it maintains its service level agreements with its customers.

The advanced monitoring system is browser-based and works in real-time to alert Verio’s technicians when a problem occurs, and will also alert them when the problem is resolved providing accurate timings of how long the problem took to get resolved.
